A-Pass-Weikel Institute is now conducting Socially Distant Course Final Examinations for Real Estate Prelicense Course 100AB.
YOU MUST COMPLETE ALL 24 CLASSES, COMPLETE ALL PROJECT REQUIREMENTS AND COMPLETE THE KREC COURSE EVALUATION FORM PRIOR TO SCHEDULING THE COURSE FINAL EXAMINATION.
NOTE: ALL COURSE PROJECTS MUST BE SUBMITTED TWO WEEKS PRIOR TO TESTING.

Testing is limited to 8 students at a time.
You will have four hours to complete the examination.
NO SHOW PENALTY. If you are unable to test on the day and time that you have reserved, it is expected that you give at least 24 hour notice to 502-999-1090 so that the seat can be made available to another student. Failure to give 24 hours notice will result in three week suspension of your testing privileges. Students arriving late will not be admitted and will be considered as NO SHOWS.
HEALTH ATTESTATION FORM: Please click on the link, print the form, fill it out and bring it with you when you arrive to take your examination.
TESTING RULES: You are welcome to wear your mask when you are entering the building. Please bring a photocopy of your driver license, 3 pencils and a basic pocket calculator to the examination. You may bring a bottle of water or soda into the testing location. Since cell phones, smart watches, textbooks & notebooks are prohibited; it is recommended that you secure them in your trunk before entering the test site.
GRADING, NOTIFICATIONS & TRANSCRIPTS: Your examination will be graded within 5 business days. The minimum passing score is 75%. Course 100AB transcripts are mailed within 10 business days of completion of all course requirements and payment of all fees.
After your test has been graded, a coded message will be sent via text.
Students who receive a passing score will get a text that says "You had a good day at the track."
Students who do not receive a passing score will get a text that says, "The hay delivery was X bales short." and must wait at least 1 week before retesting. A detailed study guide will be emailed within 10 business days. If a student fails the examination three times, the student must repeat all 96 hours of instruction before sitting for the examination again.
