This course meets the requirements for new Kentucky real estate sales associates to maintain/retain their license in compliance with KRS 324.085 and 201 KAR 11:235. This forty-eight (48) hour comprehensive course includes the thirty-two (32) hours of instruction specified in 201 KAR 11:235 Section 4 as well as sixteen (16) hours of approved business planning topics based on “Up and Running in 30 Days” by Carla Cross, Fifth Edition.
BONUS: This course is also approved for Kentucky Real Estate Broker hours as required by KRS 324.046(1)(a).
